Job Description:
- 1. The main task is to handle company invoicing and bookkeeping, entering accounting system records and business tax matters.
- 2. Secondary tasks involve reconciling invoice account entries for the management team.
- 3. Manage commercial accounting invoice entries and bookkeeping matters.
- 4. Handle tax filing and application matters for various tax investigations.
- 5. Handle the company’s business license application, changes, cancellations, suspensions, resumption, and factory registration matters.
- 6. Other related bookkeeping and tax filing tasks as authorized by relevant regulatory authorities.
- 7.Prepare and consolidate the company’s balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of shareholders’ equity, to be submitted to the board of directors for resolutions on major matters.
