Customer feedback revealed that over-reliance on certificates was severely affecting market confidence, with “certificate swapping” becoming a significant issue that opportunists could exploit. Following discussions, the board unanimously agreed to propose an innovative precision diamond measurement technology, using exact dimensional analysis for verification.
We had the honour of receiving support from the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and with the assistance of relevant government agencies, the project achieved excellent results, saving approximately two years of research and development time.
