Building a strong company culture requires a clear record-keeping system and supporting evidence, coupled with the deterrent effect of criminal law to warn and discourage any attempt by employees to steal company assets, leak client information, or misappropriate research and development technologies.
We formally began drafting corporate governance legal documents and plans, gradually implementing measures to establish a robust company culture. These initiatives aim to prevent individuals with questionable conduct, regardless of their academic or professional background, from damaging the company’s reputation. We also advocate and publicise whistleblowing procedures for reporting misconduct by suppliers or employees, progressively putting these into practice.
At the same time, we are committed to cultivating professional ethics and an international perspective among employees in the diamond industry.
